I always seem to have Pigg fashion envy… Some new hairstyles got released today that are dolled up versions of existing ones.

Since the Pigg models aren’t holding on to the 2010 Pigg handbag collection, I thought I’d stick in a pic of them… coz… I… want them… :p

Matsuri & the Oooooki Dance Confusion

I’ve been spying on the Pigg Matsuri area for a few days and anticipating it’s arrival in Pico. The area got released just as I got back from work, so I made like the Pico-Nerd that I am, and jumped straight into game to check out the clothes~

The handbags are all so cute… am I going to be in trouble…

A fellow Pico spotted Niu wearing matchy matchy outfits with her, so came over for a dance.

Of course, I am all about late night pixel dancing… met Carl, Rainie and Aika-Ball and we rallied to recruit a fifth to test out that special “surprise” that was hinted at on the Pico site area release announcement.

This guy freaky looking guy called “……..” (yeah, that’s his name) was our first recruit, but didn’t stay long… we just thought that the lag was atrocious and he wasn’t patient enough to trigger the event…

And so we zoned to Matsuri 16!  Here we are zoning… pink seems to be the color-du-jour of Zone 7… Some eclectic combos here~

Matsuri 16 was almost a private party.  Usagi, who was also equipped with the bon-dance-action and his Japanese friend, whose name eludes me, followed us over.

Carl was big on formations and took great care directing where each person should stand and which direction we should face. Xi the Bushman (from the Gods Must be Crazy) decided he had to join, but sadly didn’t care too much about the art of being perfectly spaced.

Well, soon he left and we had the run of the tower.  We’d been dancing all this time and no event got triggered.  No dancing NPCs, no fireworks…  *Nothing* happened.  Carl was sure it had something to do with placement and Usagi was convinced it had to do with timing.  I thought it was neither… especially since the lag was killing all of us.  And then again, even when there isn’t lag, if I’m dance-emoting on a laptop next to my brother, our Picos could be in sync on my computer, but not on his.  Anyways, it’s Ameba Pico!  How complicated can it get!?

Usagi thinks that since there isn’t a star award, the Ameba peeps probably forgot to roll out a feature… So Carl posts something on the forum to demand some answers.  Anyways, the sparklers come out.  Sadly, they only last a minute each.  They also have a little timer panel on the side of your interface, like a MMORPG effect countdown.

The night went on and nothing got resolved… Sad!

Lovin’ the new BAPE goods

As much as I’m not too keen to buy BAPE clothes in real life, I am totally and utterly diggin’ on the new BAPE products release in Pigg~ Here are some highlights that I especially adore~

Get outta here!  I was trying to convince my cousin yesterday to buy something like this for my toddler niece.  I, myself, own a green camo bikini.  That swim ring, is a must!

Sadly, the reality is that chance of these products appearing in Pico are hella low.  Please BAPE. Set your sights on a more International market!  Come sell your wares on FB!  This sucker would gladly make her Pico a walking billboard.

More Beach! Less Work!

Time wasting while at work is indeed a family affair.
